区位对城郊地区村镇发展的影响及其空间差异分析——以西安市长安区为例

摘　　要：以西安市长安区为例,采用2000年和2009年两期spot遥感影像,借助GIS软件的空间分析功能,选取交通可达性和城郊地区村镇距市中心的距离两个指标来探究区位与村镇的规模、分布及其发展速度的关系,通过交通可达性分析、缓冲区分析、热点分析及聚类和异常值分析获取长安区村镇的规模热点及扩展热点的分布状况,研究结果表明:城市郊区的村镇的发展受区位影响,距市中心距离近,交通可达性好,规模大;城市郊区村镇的扩展速度主要受区位的影响,扩展的热点区域集中在交通可达性好,距市中心距离近的地区,该区域的村镇扩展速度明显高于其它地区;通过聚类和异常值分析得出长安区各村镇的扩展在韦曲和郭杜呈HH高值聚类,而在王寺镇周围呈HL异常。The location effect on regional development has been studied by many scholars, such as Thunen＇ s agricultural location theory, Weber＇s industrial location theory, Chris Taylor＇s Central Place Theory. Previous studies mainly focus on qualitative analysis. In this paper, on the basis of Spot remote sensing images of Chang＇an district in 2000 and 2009 and spatial analysis function of GIS, the traffic ac- cessibility, buffer, hot spot and clustering and outliers has been analyzed. And traffic accessibility and the distance of towns and villages to the main urban in peri-urban areas has been selected to explore the relationship between the location and the towns and villages＇ scale, distribution and development. It has the following conclusions： the suburban development is affected by the location, in which closed dis- tance between towns and villages and the main urban, well traffic accessibility will lead to large scale villages;The expansion speed is mainly affected by the location of towns and villages of Chang＇an in the recent 10 years. And the expansion hot spot is concentrated in the north-central, that is, Wei Qu and Guo Du; By the clustering and outliers analysis the expansion in Weiqu and Guodu is HH high-value clustering, while HL anomalies around Wangsi.
