摘 要:以分散性好的钇铝石榴石(YAG)纳米晶为晶种,采用醇热法合成Yb-Ce共掺的YbxCe1.5Y1.5-xFe5O12(x=0、0.25、0.5、0.75和1.0)(YIG)纳米晶。X线衍射(XRD)测试表明各组分产物均为单相石榴石结构,经Rietveld方法全谱拟合分析发现,Yb-Ce共掺YIG纳米晶晶胞参数a不随Yb3+掺杂量的改变而显著变化(均略大于1.249nm),平均晶粒尺寸约为30 nm,与场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)观察到的颗粒尺寸一致。振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试结果表明,随Yb3+掺杂量x的增大,室温饱和磁化强度σs有所下降,这是由于Yb3+取代石榴石结构中Y3+,进入十二面体位置使晶胞分子磁矩减小所致。此外,Yb-Ce共掺YIG纳米晶饱和磁化强度与其晶粒尺寸随Yb掺杂量的变化规律呈现出一定的相似性。YbxCe1.5Y1.5-xFe5O12 (YbCe-YIG) garnet nanocrystals with Yb content x = 0,0.25,0. 5,0. 75, and 1.0 were synthesized by a glycothermal method using Y3 A15 O12 (YAG) nano-sized crystallites as seeds. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses by Rietveld refinements showed that all synthetic products with different doping content x were single garnet phases with a cell parameter of about 1. 249 nm and the mean grain size of YbCe-YIG nanocrystals was about 30 nm, it was consistent with the observation of field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Their room temperature saturation magnetization o's tested by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was found to decrease with the increase of x, indicating the reduction of molecular magnetic moment due to the substitution of Yb3+ ions for y3+ ions in dodeca- hedral sites. Besides, the saturation magnetization and the grain size of Yb-Ce co-doped YIG nanocrystals showed similar variations with the increase of Yb content x.
