摘　　要：由于互联网应用的快速发展,网站建设也受到越来越多的关注,网站建设的效率和成本问题更是人们关注的重点。传统的独立开发定制的方式不仅效率低下而且开发成本高,不能满足目前网络发展的高需求,内容管理系统的诞生却顺利地解决了这些疑难。在此采用OpenCms工具,以建立明瑞电子网站开展实验,能极大的加快网站开发的速度,具有很好的现实和理论价值。Because of the rapid development of Internet application, more attention has been paid for efficiency and cost of website construction. The traditional independent development is not only low efficiency, but also high cost, and cannot meet the requirement of current network development. The birth of content management system successfully solved these problems. The OpenCms tool was adopted so as to establish Mingrui electronic site, which can greatly accelerate the pace of development of the site. It has good practical and theoretical value.
