摘 要:皮带输送机在工作中常出现跑偏、打滑、撕裂和急停等故障,且故障点比较分散,使得故障点的查找变地非常困难,给设备的维护以及安全生产带来极大的不便。针对这种情况,设计开发出了一套基于单片机AT89C52的皮带智能保护器,保护器具有皮带运行状态的实时监控、通信和故障点的对位显示功能,可对最多999个故障点进行监控,并可实现与上位机的实时通信。Since belt off tracking, slipping, tearing and scram faults occurs to conveyor belt quite often at work, and the failure points are dispersed, the search of fault points becomes very difficult, which brings about a great inconvenience for equipment maintenance and safety production. In view of this situation, a belt intelligent protector based on SCM AT89C52 was designed, which has functions of the running state real-time monitoring, communication and fault point contraposition display. It can execute the monitoring for up to 999 fault points, and can realize the real-time communication with host computer.
