摘  要:研究了南京炼油厂延迟焦化汽油作为醚化原料的精制工艺,即用顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)精制和醇钠溶液抽提,从而去除其中的碱性氮、二烯烃及部分含硫化合物。精制油切取初馏点~80℃的馏分作为醚化原料,用乙醇醚化。醚化的最佳工艺条件:反应温度70℃、反应压力0.8~1.0 MPa、空速(体积)3.0~4.0 h^(-1)、醇油比7:100。醚化调和油可使焦化汽油辛烷值提高0.6个单位。The refining technology which etherifying material was coking gasoline of Nanjing Refinery was studied is the paper. That is, coking gasoline is refined by MA, then the products is extracted by hydroxidealcohol solvent. As a result, the basic nitrogen, dialkene and some sulfide are removed. The refining gasoline (HK-80℃) is etherified with ethanol as material. The optimum technical condition is that: the reactive temperature is 70℃, pressure is 0.8-1.0MPa, SV(Space Velocity) is 3.0-4.0 h^(-1) and the ratio of alcohol and gasoline is 7:100. The etherifying light gasoline is mixed with gasoline, its octane number (RON) increased 0.6.
