摘　　要：目的探讨80例老年糖尿病患者的临床特点及并发症,进行分析,对系统治疗糖尿病进行临床指导。方法选择2011年1月至2011年12月我院收治的80例老年糖尿病患者,对相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年糖尿病患者症状多不典型,并发症较多,如盲目用药,低血糖发生率高,影响生活质量。结论对于老年糖尿病患者,早期发现,进行综合治疗,可以延缓慢性并发症的发生,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze clinical features and complications of 88 cases of the elderly diabetic in order to guide systemic treatment of diabetes. Methods To choose 80 cases of elderly diabetic patients which were treated in our hospital from January to December in 2011. To analyze relative materials retrospectively. Results Symptoms of elderly is not typical mostly and often has more complications, such as blind medication, a high incidence of hypoglycemia, impact on quality of life. Conclusion With regard to the elderly diabetic patients, early diagnosis and synthetically treatment can delay the occurrence of chronic complications and improve the quality of life.
