摘　　要：目的探索硫酸镁联合维生素AD辅治毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将86例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组44例,对照组42例,两组在综合性治疗同时,治疗组在对照组基础上加用25%硫酸镁静滴3～5d,另加维生素AD滴剂口服1年,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组咳嗽、喘息、肺部体征消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组日后喘息复发率明显低于对照组。结论硫酸镁联合维生素AD辅治毛支炎疗效好。Objective To explore the efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with vitamin AD in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods 86 cases children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （44cases）and the control group（42cases）.The two groups in the same treatment. The treatment group compared with the control group were treated with 25% magnesium sulfate infusion for 3-5 days, plus 1-year oral vitamin AD drops, and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results Treatment group, the total efficiency higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Treatment group, coughing, wheezing, pulmonary signs disappear time shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Future respite recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with Vitamin AD treatment of bronchiolitis have a good effect.
