辨证施护对门静脉高压症上消化道出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨门静脉高压症上消化道出血辨证施护的治疗效果。方法对本院2007年11月至2009年8月收治82例门静脉高压症上消化道出血患者随机分为中医护理组(43例)和对照组(39例),中医护理组根据出血证型实施辨证施护,对照组经予出血常规护理。结果中医护理组在护理后患者在呕血次数及颜色、大便次数及颜色、大便隐血试验、治愈率、有效率均得到明显改善,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医护理组出血治疗总有效率为95.35%,对照组为82.05%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据门静脉高压症上消化道出血分型采用中医辨证施护,能有效减少出血量而达到止血,其疗效优于常规护理法。Objective To explore the effect of the portal hypertension syndromes upper gastrointestinal bleeding by doing syndrome care. Method The patients who had portal hypertension syndromes upper gastrointestinal bleeding in hospital from November, 2007 to August,2009 were divided into Chinese medicine nursing group （43 cases） and control group （39 cases） .The Chinese nursing group was treated with syndrome case ,the control group was treated with conventional nursing method. Results The haematemesis＇times and color ,stool＇s times and color, Fecal occult blood test, cure rate, effective rate of the Chinese nursing group are improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant comparing with the control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of Chinese nursing group is 95.35%, the control group is 82.05%, the difference was statistically significantly. （P〈0.05）.Conclusion According to the hemorrhage＇s types of the portal hypertension syndromes upper gastrointestinal bleeding the Chinese medicine syndrome care was adopted, it ean reduce the amount of bleeding and achieve hemostasis effectively, the effect is better than conventional nursing method.
