摘　　要：目的探讨运用护理干预对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法对138例T2DM患者运用护理程序进行多层次的指导与护理6个月。结果干预后患者治疗依从性差的多项原因改进率较干预前有明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高T2DM患者的治疗依从性。Objective To inrestigate the intervention of nursing to the influence of the compliance to cure in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 138 type 2 diabetic patients usage the nursing procedure 6 months. Results The rate of the improve on the more reason of the the compliance to cure in type 2 diabetic patients was significantly higher after intervention of nursing than before intervention of nursing（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intervention of nursing to improve the compliance to cure in type 2 diabetic patients.
