摘 要:目的 :在桡骨超远端建立体积骨密度估计法 ,比较其在男女性间的差别 ,探讨骨大小在骨密度测量中的重要性。方法 :应用双能X射线骨密度仪对 88例 2 0岁~ 59岁人群进行前臂骨密度测量 ,利用桡骨超远端外形近似圆台的特点 ,建立体积骨密度估计法 ,并比较男女性间差别。结果 :男性桡骨超远端骨矿含量、面积骨密度大于女性 ,差异具有显著性意义(P <0 0 1 ) ,而估计的体积骨密度差异不显著。结论 :测量比较骨密度时宜充分考虑骨大小的影响。Objective:With our estabalished new approaches for estimating volumetric bone mineral density(BMD) values in the ultradistal segment of radius,to compare areal and estimated BMD values between healthy males and females.Methods:BMD of 88 healthy individuals(29 males and 59 females) aged 20-59 years were measured in the ultradistal segment of radius by using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,and estimation of volumetric BMD was derived from areal BMD with comparison of their values between males and females.Results:Males have significantly greater areal BMD in the ultradistal segment of radius than females( P <0 01).The estimated volumetric BMD comparison,however,showed no gender differences.Conclusion:Areal BMD measurement can be misleaded without considering the effect of gender-related or race-related size differences when groups of different size were comparied.
