米索前列醇用于预防和减少剖宫产术后出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察米索前列醇在预防和减少剖宫产术后出血中的疗效。方法 :选择 90例剖宫产产妇 ,根据关腹后止血药及宫缩剂的使用情况 ,分为米索前列醇组、催产素组及对照组 ,每组各 30例。测量胎儿取出 1 5min后各组产妇的 2 4h内经阴道出血总量。结果 :胎儿取出 1 5min后的 2 4h出血总量 <1 0 0ml者中 ,米索前列醇组 ( 80 0 % )显著高于催产素组( 33 3% )和对照组 ( 1 0 0 % ) (P <0 0 1 ) ,3组术后 2 4h内出血总量间差异显著 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :米索前列醇用于预防和减少剖宫产术后出血具有方便、有效、安全、价廉的特点。Objective:To assess the effect of misoprostol in reduction and prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section(CS).Methods:According to the use of hemostatic agents and oxytocin after CS,90 patients were divided into three groups( n =30 in each group):misoprostol group,oxytocin group and control group.The total amount of vaginal bleeding during the peroid from 15 minutes after the fetus out to the 24 hours were observed.Results:The number of patients whose amount of bleeding was less than 100 ml in the misoprostol group(80 0%) was significantly higher than those in both oxytocin group(33 3%) and control group(10 0%)( P <0 01).The total amount of bleeding varied significantly among three groups( P <0 01).Conclusion:Misoprostol is convenient,safe,effective and less expensive in reduction and prevention of hemorrhage.
