摘 要:低渗透率、低流度的段北油藏具有储集层非均质性较强及注水开发效果差的特点。为提高采收率,从合理井距的确定及建立有效注采系统两方面入手,通过实施规模井网加密、分层系开发、储集层改造、建立合理驱动压差等配套调整措施,实现了油藏的有效注水,改善了开发效果。研究结果表明,整体部署、综合调整、配套实施,注重油水井生产措施及储集层改造的有机结合,是低渗透率、低流度油藏开发水平整体提高的重要保障。Duanbei reservoir has the features of stronger heterogeneity and poor waterflood development effects with low permeability and low mobility. In order to enhance recovery factor, starting with the determination of the reasonable well spacing and the establishment of effective injection-production system, the reasonable driving pressure differential and the other supporting adjustment measures were set up through infilling wellsite, separating subzone development and reservoir reconstruction, which realized the effective water injection to reservoirs and improved the development effects. The results showed that overall deployment and adjustment, matching conduct and laying stress on the combination of oil well production measures with reservoir reconstruction are important guarantee for improving the overall development of the reservoirs with low permeability and low mobility.
