摘　　要：概述国内外蜜梨贮藏保鲜技术的发展历史与研究方法,综述蜜梨贮藏保鲜技术中的物理、化学以及生物方法,提出壳聚糖涂膜、中药提取物涂膜保鲜的应用前景以及今后的主要发展方向。The present paper introduces the developmental history of and the reseach methods for the storage technologies of honey pears,summerizes the physical,chemical and biological methods,and analyzes the application prospect and the major directions of the development of the storage technologies like chitosan coating and Chinese medicine extract coating.
