烧伤病人血压测量误差的研究

摘　　要：目的　了解隔着烧伤纱布测量血压的误差。方法　采用常规法、隔 1 0层烧伤纱布法及隔 2 0层烧伤纱布法对 60例正常成人的血压进行 3轮测量 ,然后取 3轮每种方法的测量结果共 1 80例次的均数。结果　隔 1 0层烧伤纱布法血压值均数与常规法均数的差值经t检验无显著性意义 ,其差值均在血压测量的允许误差范围内。而隔 2 0层烧伤纱布法的血压值均数高于常规法 ,两者的均数差值均略微超过血压测量的允许误差 ,而且t检验有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　在为烧伤病人隔着 2 0层或 2 0层以上的烧伤纱布测血压时 。Objective [WT6BZ]To find out the bias of blood presure(BP) measurement when the cuff is positioned on a burnt patient′ arm with burn gauze.Methods All of the 60 healthy adults′ BP were measured by three sphygmomanometers(SPH),namely,the SPH with cuff positioned on client′s arm directly(SPHO),the one with cuff on 10 layers of burn gauze(SPH10)and the one with cuff on 20 layers of burn gauze(SPH20).Each SPH was repeated three times.SO 180 BP values were measured by each SPH.Results No significance was found when the differences between the mean BP values measured by SPHO and the one measured by SPH10 are tested by t test.And the bias of mean BP values between the two SPHs were permitted in clinic.The mean BP values measured by SPH20 was higher than the one measured by SPHO and the significance occurs when t tests are applied to the paired samples′ differences (P<0.01), furthmore,the paired samples′ differences are little higher than the permitted error of measuring BP.Conclusions It is suggested that we must pay attention to the error when the cuff is on 20 or more layers of burn gauze.
