胫骨上端截骨延长术的并发症及其防治

摘　　要：目的 探讨胫骨上端截骨延长术的并发症及其防治。方法 对592例胫骨上端截骨延长患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果 主要并发症10种84例 ,占14.19 %。计有胫骨上端关节面劈裂、胫骨平台后倾、骨筋膜室综合症、髌腱止点下移、骨迟缓愈合、病理性骨折、马蹄足、骨端提前融合、膝关节屈曲畸形、神经牵拉症状等。结论 术前认真设计、术中精细操作、术后严密观察及时处理是防治并发症的关键。Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of the complications in proximal tibial osteotomy. Methods Retrospective studies were made on the 592 proximal tibial osteotomy cases. Results 10 kinds of complications were found in 84 cases including fracture of the proximal tibial joint, posterior leaning of the tibial plateau , oesteofascial compartment syndrome, downward dislocation of the insertion of the patellar ligament, delayed bone union,pathological fracture, flexural deformity of the knee joint and the nerve-tensing symptom. Conclusion The prevention key of the complications was the meticulous management of the cases.
