摘　　要：以淮河流域的"癌症村"为研究点,以"内""外"两个视域为分析框架,发现:(1)孟营村的污染主要来自上游,是外源污染,但也不排除其他的因素;(2)媒体虽然写实村庄内部癌症死亡异常问题,但重心指涉村外流域污染问题,而政府的"非预期"介入及随后的大规模研究,使得原本期望澄清"污染-癌症"变成了一个迟迟无法告知民众的两难话题;(3)实地调查发现,"癌症"不仅与村外的污染有关联,也与村内居民的日常生活密切相关,探究到"男性-吸烟-肺癌""乙肝-肝癌"及"饮用生水-肠道疾病高发-改水-肠道疾病骤减"等重要线索;(4)在与水俣病、塔纳汤"癌症"社区及国内其他"癌症村"的比较中,注意到"内""外"关注的重心差异影响了对疾病认知及应对行动的平衡。Focusing on the ＂cancer villages＂ in the Huaihe River Valley, with the insides and outsides as an analytical framework, this paper comes to the following findings： （1） Pollution of Mengying Village comes from the upper stream, thus belonging to exogenous pollution although other factors may not be excluded. （2） Although the media has reported realistically the anomalies of cancer death inside the villages but put the blame on water pollution outside the villages. The unexpected interventions from the government and the subsequent massive studies have made the ＂pollution-cancer＂ relationship, which is supposed to be clarified, unmentionable to the public. （3） Field investigation has found that cancer in these villages is not only connected with exogenous pollution but also closely related to the villagers＇ daily lives and detected some important clues such as ＂males - smokinglung cancer＂, ＂Hepatitis Bliver cancer＂, ＂drinking unboiled water - high frequency of intestinal diseases - changing drinking - sharp decrease in intestinal diseases＂. （4） By comparing some cancer communities in the valley with cancer villages in other parts of China, it is found that whether focusing on the inside or the outside of the villages has impacted people＇s awareness of diseases and their responses.
