摘　　要：越共十一大提出"发挥民主,提高各委员会、党组织自我批评和批评的质量"的党建任务以来,认真总结党内民主建设的经验教训,深刻认识到党内民主问题直接影响了党的纯洁与坚强,进而有针对性地推出了加强党内民主建设的新举措,继续革新党内民主制度和机制,从中央到党的基层组织深入开展民主、开放、客观、坦率、严格的批评与自我批评,推动党内民主建设。The Communist Party of Vietnam at its llth session defined its goal of giving play to democracy and improving the quality of criticism and self- criticism of each committees and organizations. This session summarized the ex- periences and lessons in the construction of inner-Party democracy, and put for- ward some new measures to enhance democracy within the party with the aware- ness that democracy has a direct bearing on the Party＇s purity and strength. It was decided that they would reform systems and mechanisms concerning democ- racy. conduct democratic, open, obiective, candid and strict criticism and self- criticism at different levels of the Party to promote the building of inner-Party democracy.
