摘  要:为了借鉴国外的先进经验,也为了国内工程设计人员正确的使用国外设计规范,选取5套国内外具有代表性的输电线路相关规范,对规范中角钢构件的受拉强度、受压整体稳定和局部稳定承载力的有关计算公式进行了比较分析。选取工程常用的Q345和Q420钢,对国内外规范的角钢构件承载力进行了定量对比。结果表明,对于受拉承载力,我国输电线路规范DL/T 5154-2002与美国输电线路规范类似,只考虑净截面屈服状态,与其他国家规范相比,轴心受拉承载力偏于保守;对于受压承载力,在考虑了整体稳定、长细比修正和局部稳定后,与国外其他相关规范相比,规范DL/T 5154-2002的受压角钢构件稳定承载力偏低。有关结论可供工程设计人员参考。To use other countries' experiences as reference, also for the domestic engineering designers to correctly use foreign design standards, five main internal and external transmission lines standards were elected, and of which the calculation formula with tension strength, overall stability plus local stability of steel angles were systematically compared. With Q345 and Q420 usual steel material as examples, the strength of steel angles used both in China and other countries were quantitative contrasted . The conclusion were: Similar to American standard, Chinese code (DL/T 5154-2002) only provides the net section yield method as calculating tension capacity, and the value is conservative; the compressive capacity of steel angles with Chinese code( DL/T 5154-2002) is lower than with foreign standards as considering the overall stability, slenderness ratio correction and local stability. The conclusions may be as a reference for the engineering designers.
