摘　　要：目的:总结药品不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对2012年本院上报的222例ADR报告进行统计分析。结果:ADR发生率男女相当,老年患者发生率最高,引发ADR的主要给药途径为静脉滴注,累及器官/系统主要为皮肤附件损害,抗菌药物发生率最高。结论:对ADR要加强监测,促进临床合理用药。Objective： To summarize and analyze the adverse drug reactions in our hospital in 2012 and to provide basis for rational use of drugs. Method： 222 eases ADR in our hospital in 2012 were collected which were reviewed.Result： The occurrence rates of ADR were the same between male and famale, but the highest rate was in older age group, induced by intravenous infusion, related to antibacterial agents, clinical manifested were skin lesions and accessories injuries.Conclusion： Advancing the reference for clinical rational of drugs and safe medication by enhancing ADR monitoring.
