摘　　要：高校大学生党建工作是党建工作的重要组织部分,是一项非常复杂的系统工程,它对于维护高校稳定,促进高校的校风、学风建设等方面起着十分重要的作用,就当前高校大学生党建工作的总体情况而言,工作是扎实的、富有成效的。但是,随着高校扩招,社会转型等因素的影响,高校大学生党建工作确实存在不少的问题,并且这些问题在一定程度上影响着高校教育事业的发展,笔者反思了当前大学生党建工作中存在的现实问题,并对此问题进行了分析,希望通过问题的提出,使党建工作者在开展大学生党建工作时能对症下药,为大学生党建工作的更好开展提供一些参考。The party construction work of college students is the important part of party construction work. It is a very complicated system engineering, It plays a very important role for the maintenance of the stability of colleges and universities, in promoting the school spirit, and the construction of the style of study. The overall situation of current college students party construction work is solid and productive. But with the expansion of enrollment and the effects of factors such as social transformation, party construction work of college students does exist many problems which in a certain extent influence the development of higher education. The author reflects and analysed on the problems existing in the current university student＇s party building work, wishes that the party workers in carrying out the work of party building of college students can be an antidote against the disease, and then provide some reference for better development of College Students＇ Party construction.
