摘  要:目的 :探讨人体进入高原低氧环境初期和移居 6个月与居住 2年后血型与血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )之间的内在关系 ,为高原低氧生理积累资料 ;方法 :对初入海拔 5 3 80m 3天~ 7天和居住 6个月的 198名边防军人及移居海拔 43 0 0m 2年的 48名健康青年在静息状态下进行ABO血型鉴定同时检测SaO2 ;结果 :初入海拔 5 3 80m 3天~ 7天的健康青年O、A血型的SaO2 含量显著高于B、AB型血的青年 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,B型血与AB型血之间的SaO2 含量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,海拔 5 3 80m移居 6个月的青年A、O、B、AB型血之间的SaO2 含量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,海拔 43 0 0m移居 2年者O、A、B型血SaO2含量显著高于AB型血者 (P <0 .0 1) ,O、A、B型血之间的SaO2 含量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :O、A型血者初入高海拔地区后SaO2 含量高于B、AB型血者 ,提示O、A型血者高原早期适应性较B、AB型血者佳。海拔 5 3 80m移居 6个月和 43 0 0m移居 2年后 ,A、O、B、AB四种血型者均可达到低氧环境的适应和习服 ,但AB型血SaO2 含量仍低于A、O、B血型者 ,随着低氧的持续暴露 ,这种现象渐趋明显。To study the relationship between blood type and blood oxygen staturation(SaO 2)at high altitude.Methods:A total of healthy soldiers were performed:198 subjects in which they were exposed to 5 380m altitude for 3d~7d or 6 months;48 subjects in which they were exposed to 4 300m altitude for 2 years.The ABO blood type and SaO 2 were examined in a same way.Results:The SaO 2 of A and O type men at 5 300m altiude were significantly higher than that of B and AB type men at same altitude(P<0.01 or 0.05),but no difference between B and AB type.And no difference was found in A,B,AB and O type eachother in group exposed to 5 300m for 6 months.The SaO 2 of A,B and O type men,exposed to 4 300m altitude for 2 years ,were higher than that of AB type men (P<0.01).Conclusion:O and A type men have a better adaptation than B and AB type men in early high altitude exposure.The low SaO 2 in AB blood type men is more remarkable with higher altitude.
