摘 要:目的 探讨应用韧致辐射监测介入核素在人体甲状腺及其它部位的分布及其可行性。方法 ①以 2个相同规格分别装有约 14 8MBq的3 2 P胶体及99mTc的玻璃瓶为模型 ,进行3 2 P能谱、窗宽实验。②对介入治疗后甲状腺进行3 2 P显像 ,并与99mTc甲扫图比较。结果 ①3 2 P模型韧致辐射能谱为一连续曲线 ,其顶峰能量约为 83keV ,最佳窗宽为 6 0 %。②用实验的能量参数在人体可得到理想的3 2 P韧致辐射图像。Objective To monitor the distribution of interventional radionuclide in thyroid and other areas in human body by bremsstrahlung phenomenon and evaluate the credibility of this method. Methods ①2 similar glass bottles filled with some 14 8MBq 32 P colloid and 99m Tc fluid respectively were used as experimental models. 32 P bremsstrahlung spectrum and energy windows was measured.② 32 P bremsstrahlung imagings of thyroid were performed after interventional nuclide theraphy and they were compared with 99m Tc thyroid scans. Results ① 32 P bremsstrahlung spectrum of the model is a continual curve and its highest energy peak is about 83 keV. The optimum energy window is 60%.②The ideal 32 P bremsstrahlung imaging of human body would be gotten with above factors. Conclusion It′s practicable to monitor the distribution of therapeutic radiopharmaceutical in human body utilizing bremsstrahlung imaging technology. [
