摘　　要：目的　将小剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图试验用于急性心肌梗塞后两周患者的研究。方法　根据美国超声协会推荐的心室壁 16节段划分法 ,推断引起室壁运动异常区域血流灌注异常的梗塞相关动脉 ,并与金标准冠状动脉造影结果相比较。结果　该试验对梗塞相关动脉残存狭窄诊断的敏感性及特异性分别为 80 %、78 8%。Purpose The low-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography have been proposed for the detection of residual stenosis of infarct-related artery. Methods In the patients with definite acute myocardial infarction,the judgement of abnormal myocardial segment was compared with the result of coronary angiography. Results The sensitivity and specificity reached 80% and 78.8%. Conclusion The low-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography is useful for determining the predictive values of residual stenosis of Infart-related artery. [
