摘　　要：目的　研究我国部分地区女性乳腺疾病发病的现状与特点。方法　对我国东部部分地区无主诉妇女的乳腺疾病作抽样调查 ,对所得的资料作分析。　结果　资料证明在被调查的妇女人群中 ,乳腺疾病已发展成常见病 ,其中乳腺肿瘤的发病率较高 ,在不同职业的人群组合和不同地区间的发病情况各不相同。结论　乳腺疾病健康教育和自我检查 (BSE)工作需加强 ,用联合诊断的方法可提高乳腺肿瘤的检出率。坚持高效低成本的长年定期检测和乳腺防癌知识的普及 ,有利于乳腺疾病防治。? Objective To study on the status and features of breast disease in east China.Methods Non symptomatic women in east china were sampled and analysed.Results Breast disease was a common disease of women in our country.The incidence of breast tumor was rising.The morbidity varied with occupation and area.Conclusions Health education and breast self examination (BSE) must be popularized.The combined dignostic methods can improved the detactable rate of breast tumor. 〔
