异形坯两点套管式保护浇注的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对莱钢异形坯连铸机在生产过程中敞开浇注造成的产品表面质量和性能不合问题，研究开发一套简单易行的保护浇注方法。通过设计加长滑块和套管式浸入式水口，开发水口与滑块间保护方案等措施，有效解决异形坯连铸机因保护浇注效果差造成的产品质量问题，为异形坯品种钢的批量生产奠定基础。This paper aims at the problems arising during open casting process of shaped blank in Laiwu Steel, which eventually cause degradation such as surface quality and mechanical property, and gives an easy-to-go and simple protecting casting method. By lengthening slide block and bushing SEN, developing protecting method between slider and SEN, we solved the problems encountered mentioned above, and provide a sound groundwork for large amount production of high quality products.
