摘  要:天铜1080m^3高炉采用了较为合理的内型,配备了性价比较高的国产内衬,使用了近年较成熟的铸钢冷却壁,采用了节能降耗的软水冷却方式,并选用了合适的水量配备。生产证明,这一高炉设计较为先进。Rational inner profile is adopted in design of the 1 080 m^3 BF of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co. Refractory lining used for this BF is all produced at our country, which is economical and also of high qualities. Cast steel cooling staves which have been maturely used in BF production for years are used on this BF. Soft water cooling system which is energy-saving and consuming reducing is applied in this BF, and appropriate quantity of water supply is equipped in this design. Production of the BF has proved that design of this BF is advanced.
