全国分量砝码比对的研究

摘　　要：根据国际建议OIMLR111和《砝码》国家检定规程JJG99--2006的技术要求，由中国计量科学研究院作为主导实验室，组织全国113个实验室开展100g和200mg砝码的比对。采用花瓣式比对方式进行比对样品的传递，比对结果依据归一化偏差E。值进行评价，历时1年的数据结果显示，6家实验室的砝码校准结果为不满意，不满意结果占参加比对实验室总数的5．4％，文中对不满意结果可能出现的原因进行了详细分析。According to the technical requirements of recommendation OIML Rll 1 and JJG99 - 2006 verification regulation of weights, weights comparisons including 100 g and 200 mg are organized by National Institute of Metrology （NIM）, as a pilot laboratory. There are 113 laboratories to participate the weights comparison for 100 g and 200 mg. The comparison manner of petal type is used in the transfer process of weight sample. The results of comparison are evaluated in accordance with normalized error Eo. The results from 2009 to 2010 show weight calibration results of 6 participating laboratories are not satisfied, which is 5.4 % of total results. The possible causes of these results are analyzed.
