摘　　要：为了对网络运行质量进行综合评估,定义和描述网络分层谱系模型,并基于网络分层谱系模型设计综合评估方法,考虑不同方案之间基于承载关系有向路的运行指标差异程度对评估结果的影响,凸显网间关系的整体公平和个体差异。算例分析结果表明:该方法能够实现网络运行质量的关联综合评估,为网络管理提供了新的思路。To analyse the carrying and associating relations in concurrent network running quality integrated evaluation, the definition and description of network layering pedigree model（NLPM）was discussed,integrated evaluation method based on network layering pedigree model was designed.The effect of running indicator diversity degree on evaluation results in different projects based on network carrying direction route was taken into consideration,and the impartiality and discrepancy of different networks were shown in the method.The results show that this method based on NLPM in network running quality integrated evaluation show good performance compared with the other methods,and it provides a new idea for network management.
