摘  要:为资源化利用废弃河蚌壳,以其为原料,经去除角质层、分离珍珠层,得到棱柱层。然后机械研磨得到生物填料(HBLZC),并对其物相组成、表面元素组成、微观形貌、热稳定性及其亲水、亲油性等表面特性进行分析表征。研究结果表明:制备的生物填料成分为文石型碳酸钙,成柱状、长条状,有机物质量分数约为2.20%,热稳定性良好。表面元素Ca,C,O和N平均摩尔分数分别为12.10%,33.63%,51.35%和2.93%,其中有机物中C,O和N元素实际摩尔分数分别为54.49%,38.09%和7.42%。HBLZC粉体具有亲水、亲油的双亲性,对正庚烷浸润,对水的接触角约为32°。利用河蚌壳棱柱层为原料生产的生物填料在水性涂料和树脂中具有良好的应用前景。For utilization of the waste freshwater mussel shell resource,granule of mussel shell(HBLZC)was prepared from the prismatic layer of the waste freshwater mussel shell by removing cuticle,separating nacreous layer and the left prismatic layer being grinded sufficiently in the mortar.The results show that the main composition of the HBLZC powder is columnar aragonite,the particle size is 1-10μm and the proportion of organic components is about 2.20%with a good thermal stability.The contents of the calcium,carbon,oxygen and nitrogen element on the surface of HBLZC powder are determined by XPS are 12.10%,33.63%,51.35%and 2.93%(molar fraction),respectively,while the actual contents of the carbon,oxygen and nitrogen elements of the organic matter are approximately 54.49%,38.09%and 7.42%(molar fraction),separately.Both the hydrophilic property and lipophilic property of HBLZC powder is significant. N-heptane spreads out on the HBLZC powder surface and the water contact angle is 32°.Using the freshwater mussel shell prismatic layer for producing bio-filler for practical application as fillers for reinforcing polymers and waterborne coatings has good expectation.
