摘  要:在水温为10.4~14.9℃条件下,研究了延迟初次投喂对太门哲罗鱼仔鱼的生长、存活和个体大小差异的影响.该试验共分5组:S0(饥饿0d,对照)、S1(开口9d后投喂)、S2(开口12d后投喂)、S3(开口15d后投喂)、S4(开口18d后投喂).结果表明:经过36d试验,S1组生长率和初次摄食率高于S0组,试验结束时总体的死亡率低于S0组,两组个体大小和体质量均无显著性差异;S2组生长率和初次摄食率高于S0组,两组个体大小差异不显著,但S2组体质量明显低于S0组,且总死亡率和自残死亡率均高于S0组;S3组初次摄食率高于S0组,总死亡率、自残死亡率和个体大小均高于S0组,虽然生长率接近S0组,但体质量明显低于S0组;S4组生长率和体质量均小于S0组,总死亡率和自残死亡率高于S0组.相同条件下延迟9d投喂太门哲罗鱼仔鱼出现了"完全补偿生长",可应用于太门哲罗鱼初次摄食期仔鱼的培育.This paper studied the effects of delaying first breeding Hucho taimen larvae for different days on the larvae growth, survival, and body size. Five treatments were installed, i. e. , feeding begins on the first eating day (control, So ) and on the 9th, 12th, 15th, and 18th days after the first eating day (S1-S4) at 10.4-14.9 ℃, respectively. By the end of the experiment (36-day), the growth rate and initial feeding rate in S1 was rate in S1 was lower, but the body size and mass higher than that in So, and the overall mortality in S~ and So had no significant difference. Com- pared with So, S2 had higher growth rate, initial feeding rate, total mortality, and self-mutilation mortality, the body mass was significantly lower, but the body size had less difference. S3 had high- er first feeding rate, body size, total mortality, and self-mutilation mortality, but significantly body mass than So, whereas the growth rate had less difference. In S4, the growth rate and lower body mass were lower, and the total mortality and self-mutilation mortality were higher than those in So It was suggested that under the same conditions, delaying first feeding for 9 days would induce H. taimen larvae presenting "completely for the culture of H. taimen larvae in compensatory growth", and this feeding way could be applied their initial feeding period
