摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对应用氦氖激光治疗小儿急性中耳炎依从性的影响。方法对2010年1月—2012年1月共收治90例(3～7)岁的小儿急性中耳炎患儿,氦氖激光治疗中,对患儿采取舒适的体位,除了按严格的操作规程进行常规治疗外,对家长实施相关知识的指导及做好患儿及家长的心理护理。结果患儿及家长的依从性较好,减少了患儿的用药量,缩短了治疗时间,取得满意疗效。结论氦氖激光治疗小儿急性中耳炎,应做好患儿及家长心理护理,更好提高治疗的依从性。Objective To explore the psychological nursing on Application of He-Ne laser in the treatment of pediatric acute otitis media on the compliance with. Methods We have treated 90 cases of 2010.1--2012.1 （3-7）, pediatric acute otitis media in chil- dren, He-Ne laser in the treatment of children, take comfortable position, in addition to the strict rules of conventional therapy, for parents to implement knowledge guidance and psychological nursing to patients and their parents. Results The patients and their parents better compliance, reduce the dosage of patients, shorten the treatment time, obtains satisfaction curative effect. Conclusion Of He-Ne laser in the treatment of pediatric acute otitis media, should do the children and their parents psychological nursing, im- prove the treatment compliance.
