36例手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤的急诊显微手术修复临床疗效与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤急诊显微手术修复的临床疗效。方法该院采用显微手术,修复36例手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤。结果该院对36例撕脱伤患者进行临床治疗修复,其中30例患者经治疗后皮肤完全成活,6例患者有皮肤小区域坏死情况,行游离植皮术后成功治愈。结论临床实践来看,显微外科手术具有良好的修复效果。Objective Analysis of 36 cases of hand skin retrograde avulsion injury,emergency microsurgery repair operation curative effect.M ethods The Institute with microsurgical operation,repair of 36 cases of palmar retrograde skin avulsion injury.Results The 36 cases of avulsion injury of patients for clinical treatment of repair,including 30 patients after treatment of skin survived completely,6cases of patients with skin necrosis of small area,free skin grafting after successful healing.Conclusion Clinical practice,microsurgical operation with good restoration effect.
