同种异体半月板移植重建肩关节前盂唇的组织学研究

摘　　要：目的研究同种异体半月板移植重建兔肩关节前盂唇术后移植物的愈合情况及其转归。方法 18只成年大耳白兔,2只一组,切取其中1只的左膝内侧半月板,植入另1只的右肩关节,重建前盂唇。分别于术后第6、12、24周时各处死6只,观察移植半月板大体形态学改变和组织学改变。结果在3个时间段,分别3/6、3/6、4/6的动物移植半月板与前关节盂愈合良好。移植24周关节软骨损伤不明显。结论同种异体内侧半月板移植后,半月板移植物可以与前关节盂良好愈合,关节软骨无明显损伤。Objective To study the prognosis of allogenic meniscus implantation after anterior labrum reconstruction in rabbit’s shoulder.Methods Totally 18 adult white rabbits were divided into 9 groups with 2 in each.The medial meniscus of the left knee of one rabbit in each group was resected,and then was implanted into the right shoulder of the other rabbit in the group to reconstruct the labrum.The rabbits were killed in 6,12,and 24 weeks respectively with 6 each time.The morphological and histological changes of the implanted meniscus were observed.Results We found 3/6,3/6,4/6 meniscuses that joined well in to the glenoid.No markedly injury to the articular cartilage was found in 24 weeks.Conclusion After allogenic meniscus transplantation,the implanted meniscus heals well with the glenoid,and the articular cartilage is also well protected.
