摘 要:利用多相流动蜡沉积试验环道,以高含蜡量原油为试验介质,对气液两相流的蜡沉积规律开展试验研究,得到间歇流流型下蜡沉积层厚度随液相折算速度、气相折算速度和间歇频率等流型影响因素的变化规律。结果表明:在间歇流流型中,蜡沉积物在管壁环向分布较为均匀。当液相折算速度恒定,平均蜡沉积层厚度随气相折算速度的增大而减小。若气相折算速度保持恒定,液相折算速度较低时,平均蜡沉积层厚度随液相折算速度的增大而增大;液相折算速度较高时,平均蜡沉积层厚度随液相折算速度的增大而减小。若气相折算速度相同,段塞频率随液相折算速度的增大而显著增大,导致平均蜡沉积层厚度呈现减小趋势。研究结果为建立气液两相流动蜡沉积动力学模型奠定了基础。(图6,参6)With multiphase flow wax deposition experiment circuit and high wax content of crude oil as the experimental medium, an experimental study is carried out on the wax deposition law of gas-liquid two-phase flow to indicate the wax deposition layer thickness changes based on flow pattern influencing factors such as equivalent liquid velocity, equivalent gas velocity and intermittent frequency. As shown from the result, wax deposits follow a uniform circular distribution on the pipe wall under the intermittent flow pattern. If the equivalent liquid velocity is constant, average wax deposition layer thickness will be reduced with the increase of the equivalent gas velocity, if the equivalent gas velocity remains constant and the equivalent liquid velocity is lower, the average wax deposition layer thickness will be increased with an increase of the equivalent liquid velocity, if the equivalent liquid velocity is higher, the average wax deposition layer thickness will be reduced with the increase of the equivalent liquid velocity and if the equivalent gas velocity remains constant, slug frequency will be significantly increased with the increase of the equivalent liquid velocity, so that the average wax deposition layer thickness will follow a declining trend. The research result lays a foundation for setup of kinetic model for wax deposition under gas-liquid two-phase flow. (6 Figures, 6 References)
