摘　　要：近年来,有个别学者以毛泽东没有担任总书记作为否定遵义会议确立毛泽东领导地位的关键依据。事实上,从博古出任临时中央政治局负责人到博、洛权力交接期间,博古实际上是担任负总责的中央书记而不是"总书记"。张闻天接替博古负总责,也不是担任总书记。在一些老革命家的回忆录或文章中常常称他们为"总书记",是因为在白色恐怖时期党中央组织机构不健全、根据地信息闭塞、交流不畅,往往把负总责的中央书记误称、简称或习惯上称作"总书记"。In recent years, some researchers denied the fact that Mao Zedong's leading position was established at Zunyi Meeting, with the argument that Mao did not act as the secretary general. As a matter of fact, Bo Gu, from his acting as an interim person in charge of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to the period of the transfer of power between Bo Gu and Luo Fu, was acting as a secretary of the central committee responsible for all matters, but not as the secretary general. When Zhang Wentian succeeded Bo Gu, he was not a secretary general either. Some senior revolutionaries, in their memoirs or articles, refer to them as 'secretary general' for the reason that during the White Terror Period, the organization of the CPC Central Committee was not fully developed, and the revolutionary bases were isolated with insufficient communication. Under such circumstances, the title 'secretary general' was often (mis)used, used as a short term, or habitually used to refer to the secretary taking overall responsibilities of the Central Committee.
