摘  要:在实验室试用电炉中进行固态碳熔融还原磷矿反应动力学的研究,考察了磷矿在3种不同的碱度,不同温度下与P2O5还原率的变化关系。结果表明P2O5的还原率随着碱度的增大而逐渐升高,且该反应对碱度而言为一级反应。同时随着碱度的增大表观活化能依次降低,说明SiO2的添加不仅能起到助熔剂的作用,还能降低表观活化能从而降低反应的起始温度,此实验为熔融还原法制取磷酸工艺的发展提供必要的基础数据。The reaction kinetics of phosphate ore with carbon by smelting reduction technology was investigated in a laboratory trial furnace. The relation between different temperature and the reduction rate of P2Os was studied under three different basicities of phosphate ore. The results show that the reduction rate of P205 increases with the increase of basicities, and the reaction order is first-order in terms of basicity. Meanwhile, the apparent activation energy decreases with the increase of basicity. It indicates that the addition of SiO2 can not only play the role of flux, but also decrease the apparent activation energy, thereby falling the initial temperature of the reaction. This experiment provides the necessary basic data for the development of preparation of phosphoric acid by smelting reduction technology.
