摘 要:建立了以紫外-可见分光光度计测定水中联氨的方法,并对显色条件、仪器分析条件进行了优化。在稀盐酸溶液中,联氨与对二甲氨基苯甲醛((CH3)2NC6H4CHO)反应,生成黄色偶氮化合物,并被分光光度计检测。结果表明:在458nm处吸光度值最大;当盐酸浓度为1%,显色剂用量为10mL,显色时间为10min时,显色效果较好;该方法的线性范围是5~200μg/L,联氨的回收率为(101.1±1.9)%。此法已用于中国实验快堆三回路的水质分析,结果令人满意。The method for the determination of hydrazine by Uv-vis spectrophotometer was proposed. The coloration conditions and instrument parameters were also optimized. In HC1, hydrazine formed a yellow azine with para-dimethyl aminobenzaldehyde ((CH3)2NC6 H4CHO), and then determined by spectrophotometer. The complex's maximum absorption was exhibited at 458 nm. The coloration effect was excellent in conditions of 1% HC1, 10 mL para-dimethyl aminobenzaldehyde and 10 minutes' developing time. A good liner relationship was obtained in the range of 5-200 μg/L, and the recovery was (101. 1±1.9)%. This method was used in the third loop of China experimental fast reactor with satisfactory results.
