痰湿体质人群血脂水平调查及体质相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨痰湿体质与血脂代谢的相关性研究,从而为痰湿体质人群早期预防血脂异常提供依据。方法:在广西中医药大学第一附属医院治未病中心进行中医体质辨识为痰湿质及平和质的人群中,各随机抽取60例作为观察对象,分别测定2组观察对象的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)并做对比研究。结果:痰湿质组中血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显高于平和质组(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显低于平和质组(P<0.01)。结论:痰湿质者易发生血脂异常,需注重调养体质,改善体质,使血脂达到正常水平。Objective： Exploring the relevance between blood lipids and Body Constitution of TCM to provide the basis prevention for dyslipidemia. Methods： Choose 60 phlegm-dampness constitution people and yin-yang harmony constitution people each from people who going to the mediical examination center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine for medical examination and identified as phlegm-dampness constitution or yin-yang harmony constitution. Test for their Total Cholesterol（TC） , Triglyceride（TG） , High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol（HDL-C） , and Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol（LDL-C）. Then make Comparative research based on the results of the blood tests. Results： Phlegm-dampness constitution people get higher TC/TG/LDL-C and lower HDL-C than yin-yang harmony constitution people （P 〈 0. 01 ） does obviously. Conclusion： Phlegm-dampness constitution people are Susceptible to dyslipidemia. They need nurse back to health physique, improve physical fitness, and make blood lipids reach normal levels.
