摘  要:目的:探讨针刺郄门穴改善大鼠心肌缺血的作用机制。方法:制备心肌缺血模型,观察针刺郄门及合谷穴后的各组指标变化。结果:针刺治疗后,郄门和合谷组心脏动力学指标均改善(P<0.01),两者血浆NO均高于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05),心肌细胞中Bcl-2/Bax比值升高(P<0.01),且郄门组改善均较合谷组显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺郄门穴可改善心脏动力学指标,增加血浆NO释放,并通过调节Bcl-2和Bax表达,抑制心肌细胞凋亡,从而改善心肌缺血、保护心肌细胞。Objective : To investigate the effect and relative mechanism of acupuncture at Ximen (PC4) on myocardial ischemia. Methods: After the models of myocardial ischemia made, the Ximen group and Hegu(LI4) group were separately pinpricked at Ximen or Hegu additionally. Then all the indexes were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, the cardiodynamics parameters of the Ximen and Hegu group were improved (P 〈 0.01 ). The contents of NO the Ximen and Hegu group were significantly increased than that of model group ( P 〈0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). The ratios of Bcl-2 in to Bax were upregulated in Ximen and Hegu group ( P 〈 0.01 ). All the indexes of Ximen group were improved then Hegn group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncuting at Ximen can improve myocardial ischemia by improving the cardiodynamics parameters, increasing NO release and inhibiting apoptosis of cardiac muscle cell.
