参附注射液治疗休克(厥脱)临床文献分析

摘　　要：目的:从参附注射液治疗休克的临床文献中分析其临床应用。方法:利用多个数据库检索相关文献,下载全文并阅读,抽取休克原发病、报道病例数、案例类型、有效指标等信息,建立access数据库,分类汇总上述信息。结果:参附注射液的临床研究经历了1996年、2002年、2011年3个高峰期,原发病主要为感染性、心源性、失血失液性休克,治疗方法多采用先静脉泵入,后静脉滴注或单纯静脉滴注的方法,其临床治疗作用表现为提高稳定血压、改善血流动力、改善心功能、调节免疫功能和预防多脏器衰竭,并由此扩展应用到临床各科疾病。结论:参附注射液临床研究较为成熟,但其临床治疗作用需重新定位。Objective： Analysis Shenfu injection＇s clinical application from literature for treating shock. Method： Search relative literatures through several databases, download and read full text, extract information of shock such as primary diseases, cases, clinical observation type, effective indicator, etc. establish Access database, classify and summary information above. Result： the clinical study of Shenfu injection experienced three peak periods： 1996, 2002, 2011, primary diseases of shock were infective shock, cardiogenic shock, hemorrhagic and dehydrated shock, treating method were iv. followed by ivgtt, or ivgtt only, its clinical therapeutic effects showed in five respects： elevating and stabilizing of blood pressure, improving of haemodynamics, improving cardiac function, regulating immune function, prevention of multiple organ failure, which makes Shenfu injection extend its clinical application. Conclusion： Shenfu injection＇ s clinical application in shock was maturely studied, but its clinical treating effect needs re-positioning.
