摘　　要：目的:观察即时按摩法快速治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:选择39例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组18例,治疗组患者给予即时按摩法疗法,对照组患者服用布洛芬片,对比观察2组患者临床症状、体征、日常生活能力的改善情况及综合临床效果。结果:对照组与治疗组治疗后临床症状、临床体征、日常生活能力均有明显提升(P<0.05),治疗组(26.38±4.26)显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治愈率(80.95%)、有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:即时按摩法能在最短时间内开穴按摩,快速打开循环通道,辅以药物治疗可以有效地保证治疗效果。objective ：To observe instant massage method for rapid treatment of acute lumbar sprain effect , explore its clinical application value; Method：39 patients with acute lumbar sprain, were randomly divided into 21 cases treatment group and 18 cases control group, the treatment group patients give instant massage therapy, the control group patients taking ibuprofen tablets, observe two groups of clinical symptoms, clinical signs and daily living ability, comprehensive clinical effect; Result： Treatment group and control group after treatment, clinical symptoms, clinical signs, daily life ability has improved significantly （ P 〈0. 05 ）, the treatment group （ 26. 38±4.26） was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the cure rate of the treatment group （ 80. 95% ）, efficiency （95.24%） was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Conclusion：The instant massage method can open point massage, quickly open circulation channel, supplemented by drug treatment, can effectively ensure the therapeutic effect.
