摘 要:本工作以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为乳化剂,采用细乳液聚合的方法,制备了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和全氟烷基丙烯酸酯(FA)三元共聚物。分别从聚合物的结晶性、玻璃化温度和共混乳液聚合三个方面讨论了含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物细乳液结构与乳胶膜表面性能的关系。通过采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、X-射线结晶衍射仪(XRD)等技术测定含氟聚合物乳胶膜的结构和热性能;通过接触角法测定乳胶膜的表面性能。结果显示:聚合物的结晶性可增强乳胶膜的表面性能;在相同的成膜温度下,随着聚合物玻璃化温度的升高,聚合物乳胶膜的憎水憎油性能逐渐降低;采用乳液共混的方法对含氟丙烯酸酯进行改性,在总含氟单体配比相同的条件下,共混乳胶膜具有优异的表面性能。Stable fluoroacrylate ternary copolymer emulsions were made by miniemulsion polymerization with fluoroacrylate (FA), butylacrylate (BA), methyl methylacrylate (MMA) as the monomers and lauryl sodium sulfate (SDS), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-9)as emulsifier. The relations between fluorinated acrylate polymer emulsion structure and fine emulsion membrane surface properties were discussed, respectively from the three aspects as follows: crystallization,glass transition temperature and blending emulsion polymerization. The fluoropolymer emulsion membrane structure and thermal properties were measured by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray crystal diffraction (XRD) techniques. The surface property of films was studied by Wilhelmy method. The results showed that the crystallization of polymer can strengthen the surface performance of emulsion membrane. The surface free energies of copolymer films decrease with the Tg of eopolymer increasing, and the polymer emulsion membranes are less hydrophobic and oleophobic. Using emulsion blending methods to modify fluorinated acrylate, the blending emulsion film has excellent surface properties with the same ratio of fluoride monomer.
