摘 要:用丙烯酸聚醚磷酸酯作为反应性乳化剂,采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法合成硅氟苯丙乳液。讨论了丙烯酸聚醚磷酸酯用量对乳液稳定性及乳液膜的黏着性、耐水性、耐腐蚀性和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,当丙烯酸聚醚磷酸酯用量为单体总质量的3.5%时,无凝胶产生,平均粒径68nm,乳液稳定。用FTIR、DCS对聚合物的结构与玻璃化转变温度(Tg)进行了表征,用扫描电镜(SEM)对所成膜的形貌进行表征。检测结果表明所得硅氟苯丙乳液具有良好的黏着性、耐水性和耐腐蚀性,阻燃效果也比对照样有明显提高。Styrene-acrylic emulsion contained silicon and fluorine and phosphate was synthesized by pre-emulsification seeded emulsion polymerization processes with phosphoric reactive emulsifier acrylic polyether phosphate as reactive emulsifier. The effects of the acrylic polyether phosphate amount on stability of emulsion and adhesion ,water resistance, corrosion resistance and fire resistance of emulsion membrance were investigated. The results showed that polymer emulsion had better stability with no gel production and 68 nm emulsion particle size when acrylic polyether phosphate dosage is 3.5% by total monomers mass. The structure and glass transition temperature (Tg) of polymer were verified by Infrared specti'um (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In addition, the micromorphology of emulsion membrance was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The test showed that styrene-acrylic emulsion with silicon and fluorine had better adhesion, water resistance and corrosion resistance, then, its fire resistance had been improved significantly compared with the control sample.
