摘 要:分别研究了SBR法,水解酸化预处理及工艺组合对餐饮油脂废水的处理效果,确定了最佳处理工艺.同时,实验考察了曝气时间、污泥沉降比、溶解氧等因素与处理效果的关系,从而确定最佳的反应条件.结果表明,在曝气时间为2 h、SV为30%、DO为3 mg.L-1的条件下,SBR工艺处理餐饮油脂废水中COD、动植物油脂的平均去除率分别达到91.2%、82.5%;经水解酸化预处理,出水COD、动植物油脂平均浓度分别为1062.90 mg.L-1、50.66 mg.L-1,去除率均值分别为36.9%、83.5%;经水解酸化+SBR组合工艺处理后,废水出水COD平均浓度为93.66 mg.L-1,去除率高达94.8%,出水动植物油脂浓度为4.9 mg.L-1,去除率为98.25%.The treatment effect of SBR, hydrolysis acidification and combination technique on catenng oil wastewater were studied and compared, and the best treatment processes was confirmed. Meanwhile, the effects of aeration time, sludge settling ratio, dissolved oxygen on treatment effect were studied on experimental, so as to determine the optimal reaction conditions. The results showed that under the condition of the aeration time for 2 h, SV for 30% , DO for 3 mg·L^-1 , the average removal rate of COD and lipid was 91.2% , 82.5% after treated by SBR process. After pretreatment by hydrolysis acidification, the average concentration of COD and lipid were 1062.90 mg·L^-1, 50.66 mg·L^-1, and average removal rate was 36.9%, 83.5%, respectively. After catering oil wastewater treated by combination of hydrolytic acidification and SBR, COD average concentration was 93. 66 mg·L^-1 and removal rate was as high as 94. 8%; lipid concentration was 4.90 mg·L^-1 and removal rate reached 98.3%.
