摘  要:目的:建立玉簪花总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以山奈酚为对照品,在265nm波长下测定吸光度,标准曲线法计算供试品中总黄酮的含量。结果:山奈酚的质量浓度在0.002~0.012 mg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.25%,RSD=2.524%(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于玉簪花药材中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective : To set up a ultraviolet spectrophotometry for quantitative determination of the total flavonoids from Flos Hostae Plantagineae. Methods:The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to detect the absorbance with the wavelength of 265nm taking Kaempferol as the control sample. The content of the total flavonoids in samples was calculated by using standard curve. Results: Kaempferol showed a good linear relationship at rang of 0.002 -0. 012 mg/mL (r = 0. 9997 )with the average recovery of 99.25% , (RSD = 2. 524% , n = 6). Conclusion :This is an easy method which can be used in the quantitative determination of the total flavonoids from Flos Hostae Plantagineae.
