郭恩吉教授针灸治疗中风学术经验初探

摘　　要：郭恩吉教授在四十余年运用针灸治疗中风病实践中,总结我脑病中心几代医师和自己的临床经验,创立"调神通络"针法,其学术观点强调在运用针刺手段治疗中风病时要求做到"形神兼治,治神为要",笔者试从中风病治疗中"形神兼治"的理论依据,"调神通络"针法中"治神"和"治形"两个层次的内涵,"形神兼治"在"调神通络"针法中运用三个方面解析和探讨"调神通络"针法中"形神兼治"学术思想的重要内涵。The acupuncture approach ＂mind regulation and meridian collateral dredging＂established by our hospital＇s Professor GUO Enji which based on clinical experiences of several generations physicians of the encephalopathy center and forty years experiences of himself,and the points of view required＂integration the body and spirit,the key point is the spirit＂in the treatment of stroke with acupuncture.In this article,the author tries to explore the academic points of view in the following aspects： the theoretical basis for the view,the connotation of＂the treatment of body＂and＂the treatment of spirit＂,and application of the view in the treatment of stroke.
