地方高校个性化教育模式构建及价值验证——以河北科技大学为例

摘　　要：个性化教育致力于学生全面发展基础上的个性化发展,是激发学生全部现实个性潜能的和谐教育,也是地方高校推进教育教学改革、提升人才培养质量的重要突破口。多元智能理论、人本主义教育理念及马克思关于人的全面发展与个性发展的学说是个性化教育的重要理论基础,社会对人才需求的多样性、学生个体的差异性及成长路径的多元化是个性化教育的现实依据。河北科技大学将个性化教育理念贯穿于教育全过程,验证了个性化教育的价值,构建了地方高校个性化教育模式:形成"以学生为中心"的共识,搭建一、二课堂融会贯通的发展平台,建立多元的制度和机制保障,营造个性化发展的浓厚文化氛围。实践表明,个性化教育模式的实施,深化了学校教育教学改革,发展了学生个性潜能,学生的理想信念、专业技能、文化素养和人格体魄等综合素质不断提升;增强了教师的个性化教育能力,显著提升了学校教师队伍的整体水平;提高了学校的知名度和美誉度,提升了学校品牌价值。Personalized education focuses on personalized development based on all-around develop- ments of all the students. Personalized education is not only harmonious education that inspires students＇ overall individuality and potentials, but also an important breakthrough on the promotion of education reform and the quality of higher education in local colleges. Its theoretical foundations are the theory of multiple intelligence, the ideology of humanistic education, as well as the Marxism theo- ry of all-around developments and personalized development of human beings; its reality basis is the diversity in talent demand, the differences in personality among students, as well as the diversification of growth paths. Personalized education theory has been implemented throughout the whole process of education in Hebei University of Science and Technology. We have verified the value of personalized education, and formed personalized education patterns in local colleges, that is, ＂centering on students＂,establishing development platform with integration of curricular studies and extracurricutar acttvtttes, constructing multiple safeguard regulations and mechanisms, and creating a dense cultural background of personalized education. Our practice has demonstrated that, the implementation of personalized ed- ucation has enhanced the education and teaching reform in the university, developed individuality and potentials of the students, and continuously promoted the comprehensive qualities of the students, in-cluding ideal and faith, professional skills, artistic appreciation, physical and health condition, and so on. Our practice has also proven to promote the publicity, credibility and brand values of our universi-ty, by enhancing the ability of personalized education from the teachers and significantly improving the overall quality of the faculty in the university.
