角色理论视域下精英老年人社会参与的特征和价值探析

摘　　要：我国现阶段的精英老年人具有文化程度较高、集体意识和爱国主义精神较强、人际资源丰富、奉献意识强等特征。精英老年人社会参与的重要社会功能和价值主要体现在实现了其社会角色的合理延续和转变、促进了社会精神文明的进步和慈善事业的发展、增进了社会和谐。政府和社会应促进精英老年人群体社会参与合理机制的构建,充分激活民间精英老年人力资源潜力,形塑健康积极的老龄文化。The elite elderly people at the present stage have features such as high level of education and political consciousness, collective consciousness and the spirit of patriotism, rich in human re-sources and a strong sense of dedication. The important social function and value of their social parti-cipation is mainly reflected in the continuation and transformation of their original social roles, as well as the promotion of social civilization, charity and social harmony. The government and the society should construct the reasonable mechanism through which the elite elderly groups can participate in social activities, with a view to fully activate the potential of the elite elderly resources and to con-struct healthy and positive culture for the elderly people.
