摘　　要：多元化企业集团是指集团内部跨行业经营,各产业公司之间没有关联性或关联性很小。集团财务管理既要实现统一管理,发挥好财务监督作用,又不能干涉各子公司日常的生产经营管理,还要发挥好集团财务中心的资源整合作用,助力各产业公司的发展壮大,实现集团整体利益的最大化。Diversified enterprise group is to do a cross-industry business, and there are no correlations or small association between companies in various industries. Financial management of group not only achieve unified management and better play the role of financial oversight, but also do not interfere in the day-to-day production, operation and management of subsidiaries; the financial center of group play the role of resource integration for the development of each industry company and achieving the maximum interest of the group as a whole.
