摘　　要：通过研究油烟监测的技术,提出采用ARM开发硬件平台,基于wince软件平台的油烟监测系统方案,包括传感器选型、电路设计和无线传输方式等,实现油烟实时在线监测。The paper researches fume monitoring technology; it puts forward the fume monitoring system program by using hardware platform developed by ARM and based on wince software platform, including sensor selection, circuit design and wireless transmission, to achieve the fume real-time online monitoring.
